Why Scrum-Connect exists

Scrum-Connect was created from years of practical experience in Agile, IT and business environments. Since 2008, our work has been closely connected to Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Agile Coaches.

From that experience, we saw a recurring challenge in the market: Agile hiring is often fragmented, unclear and not focused enough on quality. Companies need professionals who understand how Agile teams work in real IT and business environments. At the same time, Agile professionals need a clear and reliable way to present their experience.

Scrum-Connect brings this together in one focused platform. We focus on three Agile roles: Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Coach. Professionals on the platform have at least 2 years of relevant experience and build a checked profile, helping employers assess faster who fits the assignment, the team and the organisation.

Our goal is to improve the hiring process with less noise, more structure and better matches between organisations and Agile professionals.
