• Company profile information including KVK number and contact details.
• Assignments you publish on the platform.
• Applicant and hiring activity, including review status and feedback.
• Chat messages exchanged with professionals on the platform.
• Interview information such as invitations, scheduling and outcomes.

From recruiters

• Account details of the recruiter and their recruitment organisation.
• Organisation profile and contact details.
• Assignments managed on behalf of the organisations they work with.
• Applicant tracking activity, including review status and feedback.
• Chat messages exchanged with professionals on the platform.
• Interview information such as invitations, scheduling and outcomes.

Email notifications and authentication emails

In general terms, account data is kept while your account is active; assignment, application, chat and interview data is kept while the related account is active or as long as needed to provide the service; transactional email and log data is kept for a limited period for security, troubleshooting and auditing. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections, access controls and row-level security on our database.
